What is outsourcing?
Outsourcing is the process of transferring part or all of a company’s activities to external entities. We distinguish three types of outsourcing: contractual, capital and employee outsourcing.
Wyróżniamy trzy rodzaje outsourcingu
Outsourcing kontraktowy (zewnętrzny) – określone zadania powierza się zewnętrznej firmie.
Outsourcing kapitałowy (wewnętrzny) – polega na otworzeniu podległego firmie podmiotu (np. spółka córka) przejmującego pewien obszar działalności
Outsourcing pracowniczy – polega na „wynajmowaniu” pracownika od firmy outsourcingowej lub agencji zatrudnienia do wykonania konkretnych zadań
